The Pension Section plays an important role in overseeing the pension schemes for journalists and non-journalist employees and carrying out registration activities. It coordinates the registration procedures related to the Journalist and Non-Journalist Pension Schemes and ensures the efficient implementation of the schemes. In addition, scrutinising and approving applications received for journalist and non-journalist pension benefits are also among the major responsibilities of the Section.
