The coordination required for preparing and submitting the Annual Report of the Information and Public Relations Department and preparing project proposals for modernisation activities in various divisions of the Department and District Information Offices are also among the responsibilities of the Division. It prepares and submits the Supplementary Demand for Grants (SDG) report to the Legislative Assembly Subject Committee and updates the progress of projects on the Hon’ble Chief Minister’s Project Monitoring Portal in a timely manner.
